RXV1.1 (“the App”) is a professional tool designed for pharmacist image verification and record storage. The App is operated by CashFlow Solutions, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information within the App, including the use of Google Sign-In and Google Drive integrations.

By using RXV1.1, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Access

RXV1.1 does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) on external servers. When you sign in with Google, the App may access limited account information solely to authenticate your session and connect to Google Drive. Specifically:

• Google Account Email and Authentication Token (used for Drive access only)
• Drive Metadata and Files that you explicitly upload, view, or modify through the App

We do not access, read, or transmit any data beyond what is required for Drive operations.

3. How Information Is Used

Your data is used only to:

• Authenticate your Google account via OAuth 2.0
• Upload and retrieve image files and related verification documents from your Google Drive
• Display files and folders within the App interface for pharmacist review

We do not use this information for analytics, marketing, or tracking purposes.

4. Data Storage

All files and images are stored exclusively within your Google Drive account.
We do not store, transmit, or back up your content to any CashFlow Solutions servers.
You maintain full ownership and control over all uploaded data.

5. Data Security

The App communicates only through encrypted HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) connections.
Google Sign-In is handled directly by Google’s OAuth system, ensuring that your credentials are never visible to us or stored by RXV1.1.

6. User Control and Revocation

You can revoke RXV1.1’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting:
